The eagle discovered that it wasn't compatible with the rest of the birds, then there came a burning desire to define itself and gave out the result to be compared to know how true is it to be different from the rest of the birds. When its instincts and observatory result had been certified by its observations, the eagle decided to resign by flying away in search of its specie. And that day marked its defining moment.

If the eagle wasn't flexible, it would've lived all its life believing that its limit of flying is the same with that of the chickens even when it knows that it possesses the ability to fly beyond his tamed mind.

This particular post was birthed from the question asked by a very young guy that ought to have been thinking like the time we are in but its so unfortunate that I had to address the issue from the point of the defect in his pattern of thinking. A guy that thinks like those that existed in the agrarian age, what do you expect from him? No atom of civilization in his mind but thinks darkishly,archaic and outdated. Of course am not surprise that he was sincere to open up to me that he was actually responding to the way he was taught by his parents even till date. Let's see from the few points of mine, how we can dress this issue properly. Your Thought pattern are of two types, •Poor thought pattern.
•Wealthy thought pattern

POOR/ANCIENT THOUGHT PATTERN
The result of people's life today is nothing more than the poor maintenance of their real estate [Mind] One thing is to have the mind which everyone has [even an insane person] another thing is to maintain the real estate. Like I said earlier;

What's the major causes of the real estate poor management? Is the incessant conformity to the ill-ideologies of the day created by the orthodoxy of the ill society! A child is born with a possibility mentality but once he starts getting up to between 4-5years, the ability for him to see that everything is possible and can be achieved without any interference begins to diminish.

And so a man that have patterned his mind that God created some persons with a special ability to make themselves successful is doomed to live all his life believing that there's no good in him, thereby letting his real state perish without maximizing his ostentatious ideas lying inside of him.

Another error is that we have conditioned our mind in such a way that we see nothing good in becoming wealthy because we've been brainwashed by our family, society and friends that becoming wealthy is a taboo, as they continue to teach us that the rich only oppresses the poor to make their ends meet. That's a whole lot of Junk And this singular mentality has created a black-hole that doesn't give room for a proper and a constructive thinking for the achievement of the victim's dream. In fact, their mind has been clothed and filed with an Emery-cloth of impossibility.

THE ANCIENT MENTALITY
It is quite appalling that in the 21st century that most people even the young are still applying the knowledge they acquired in 60's to conform with the goal and target set for the achievement of their dreams which makes it impossible for the dream to be achieved. I get annoyed when people are not eager to drop some of their outdated pattern of thinking. To all parents and guardians, one of the things you must learn is to know that life will not always be the way it was for you in your own time. As time and seasons changes so are approach to some things in life changes also.

WEALTHY THOUGHT PATTERN

To live a more comfortable life, you've got to let your mind accommodate quality ideas that pays visit when we are deemed fit to manage it and realize the hard currency to our bank account.

Who looses when a house owner didn't build it to the taste of the tenants? Is the house owner because the house is his asset and he's looking forward to generating income from it. Automatically, your mind is your asset and it yields a better result when managed effectively.

A wealthy mind doesn't permit all junks. He's so careful about what goes in to his mind because a single wrong message can cause an infection to his thought.

The simple way of maintaining the effectiveness of your mind is by studying! You're sometimes the product of the amount of knowledge you possess. In fact, your action is limited in equal proportion to your limit of your acquired knowledge.

It means that there are level of study that approves us for a higher level and until you know, you can act to the extent you intend to act. Sometimes, Our limitations in life isn't because we are not maximizing our maximum intelligence but because we are void of some 'vital' knowledge that needs to usher us to a more advanced insight that secures us a way of breaking the limit that confronts us. It takes a single thought understood, to make a gigantic accomplishment.

SHAME [Failure]
To be ashamed is to be a failure. When we don't achieve what we dream of achieving we tend to be disappointed, outraged and ashamed of ourselves. The issue here is that some persons complains that they studied but didn't understand! Its very wrong to say that. There's a difference between studying and reading.

STUDY VERSES READING
Studying requires your deep sense of intelligence and intuitiveness to assimilate what you're reading for a deep understanding and can be retained in a long memory while reading is the ability to read letters, words and sentences in a shallow manner which ushers one to a simple understanding of the passage that might possible be confined in a short memory.

In real sense, it takes study to understand intuitively.

MENTORSHIP

The truth about the deep knowledge of something is dependent on the level of operation [Teaching] you're giving about the real message you want to understand. If you're eager to learn about a particular context or about your real pattern of thinking, you need to welcome some men that are well defined in your life. They serve as our companion in a time of confusion and when life tends to serve us with a plate of ambiguity.

Mentorship is vital in making of the thoughts in you very prolific. Some persons had great ideas but couldn't apply it effectively but the advent of their personal teachers ushered them to the truth of the matter they're surfaced with.

It impossible to talk about this broad heading without knowing what "motivation" is.

Motivation is simply the reason for a person's action or behaviour.In other words anything that is capable of boosting your inmost spirit or that encourages you whilst doing something perform are the positive factors or ways of generating motivation. In that sense too you can concur with me that the person's actions or behaviour is either positive or negative.

“As Iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another” I propounded a law on motivation which states that the flames of motivation can only burn steadily when the fans of great minds is permitted to oxidize one’s mind to burn effectively, which propels the spirit and the ability of our unique being to act effectively in the field of our endeavor. 

 

Few months ago, I was going through a book, written by Brian Tracy, Titled: Change your thinking, change your mind. As I was consuming the written wisdom of Brian, I came across where he wrote: Study shows that a good percentage of the ‘world’s elite’ were actually men that suffered one challenges or the other

For instance, Albert Einstein was one of those men that faced severe challenges that he was nicknamed after his inability to learn “The uneducable Albert” He was very slow in learning but can you imagine that he later emerged as a Genius? That even his current status and contributions are respected in the world of sciences and in the whole wide world at large? He contributed so much to the world that he can never be compared anymore with his teachers.

Your outer world is the reflection of your inner world. Our failure in pursuit of success is not always that it happened for the reason of learning some lessons. Most times, it happens as a result of wrong conceptional process that occur from within us. Success starts from within and ends in the outer world. First and foremost, the way you view your challenges in the inside world becomes the determinant matrix if the goal, dream or vision is achievable or not.

How far do you see the possibility of achieving your dreams that springs from within? The picture you painted on the challenges in the physical world, gives a command to the sub-conscious part of your mind and finally affects your super-consciousness that is responsible for creativity and generation of ideas. 

Be careful on how you manage your thoughts, because it has a huge effect on the outside world. Before you sleep, think on the beautiful things you want to achieve, the houses, the cars, the kind of wife or husband you want to marry, the kind of investment you want to make and so on. You’ll observe that a glimpse of laughter which is ‘smiles’ will cover that your beautiful face of yours.

Maybe you’ll likely say that, it is because I wanted to smile, nope! Its not. It’s because of a single reason and that was because you fed your sub-conscious mind with its most nutritious diet that keeps poping your super-conscious mind with ideas and creativity of which it gives a level of positive alertness and security towards your mind. 

Do you know you attract what you think most of the times? Some have testified that they came encounter with what they were thinking in their mind, and they call it a mere coincidence. Most of the times, you sleep by 9pm and you decided within your mind that by 2am, you’ll wake up and you’ll see yourself up at that particular moment in time or few minutes before the time. Mind conditioning can determine the produce of your physical world when managed properly. Be willing to have a Positive Mental Attitude which is the major decisive factor to what you want to achieve in life. Failure and success starts from the mind, manage it well.

I know of a friend, very unique and spectacular but he rarely unveils what he’s capable of, by dressing on a shabby cloth. Do you know that there are thousands verses millions of opportunity that disguises itself as a Problem? ‘Problem’ is something that you must embrace because the more the solution you come up with, the more the opportunity and chances of climbing to the ladder of success.

How can a light shine when the negative terminal is never connected? Of course, only the positive terminal can’t do the job. How can the current flow properly when there’s no exact resistance to the flow of current? It takes the darkness for the star to shine brighter. It is the combination of the black and white keys that makes the melody of the keyboard harmonious and enjoyed.

Let me shock you again. Your dreams, goals, vision and your pursuit in life is a problem, because you’re still trying hard to know if you’ll come up with the best result. Embrace responsibilities. See your current problems as part of training. Be optimistic about the whole situations that you seem to be confronted with.

The rate of your problem determines the quality of your process towards the achievement of your goals and dreams in life. Every great man has a story to tell and if he’s void of one, he deserves to tell a story. He’s known as a great man, as a result of his competent spirit and courage in offering a solution towards his problems. Your circumstance reveals who you are. See your problems as an opportunity and it will appear to be like one. A quality dream deserves quality problematic conditions, so as to value your success at the end.

I believe within myself that any responsibility that you accept wholeheartedly is an opportunity in disguise waiting for your best acumen to be applied in providing a befitting solution to your confrontations in life, thereby revealing the genius within you. Anywhere you find yourself, try to identify yourself with a problem that needs your best ability. Remain optimistic and keep striving for the best.
