The eagle discovered that it wasn't compatible with the rest of the birds, then there came a burning desire to define itself and gave out the result to be compared to know how true is it to be different from the rest of the birds. When its instincts and observatory result had been certified by its observations, the eagle decided to resign by flying away in search of its specie. And that day marked its defining moment.

If the eagle wasn't flexible, it would've lived all its life believing that its limit of flying is the same with that of the chickens even when it knows that it possesses the ability to fly beyond his tamed mind.


Your exceptionality begins when you're able to discover the difference between your current personality and your next[future] personality and that's what I termed 'Self-discovery'. When your true self is discovered, you'll also come to the knowledge of continuity in your self-discovery. Read this quote;

Meaning, you discover your uniqueness everyday as far as you use it in finding solutions that surfaces mankind daily.
Until you discover yourself, you'll live your life believing that its dependent on your immediate achievement. Your life is not dependent on your immediate achievement but on your next achievement. That's why he that stops learn has committed suicide because we learn not to lean on our past achievement but we learn to know the best tactics to come up with another achievement. You discover and define yourself daily as much as you solve more problems daily. Defining moment doesn't come once, it comes always but it is quite appalling that there are many out there in our society that are yet to experience this defining moment.
Flexibility is the green card by which you are permitted for an entry into the realm of self-discovery in responding effectively with the trend. Because every man is guaranteed to discover his possible new self in order to respond and get aligned effectively to trends and currents. Some had their first defining moment immediately they discovered that the person supplying for them had kicked the bucket or had already faced some crash in their business. Some might be what they read from book and it challenged them. But whatever the case maybe, you've got to rise to discover your true self and start living it out immediately.

In summary, your defining moments marks the time at which you come into acknowledgment that there are duties that were naturally assigned to you which the awareness may come to you by the virtue of ones encounter. As we experience change in climate, we should also know that we need to discover ourselves further in order to be able to survive and live up to the optimum standard set out to us by the changing times. We discover more of ourselves daily in proportion to the continuous ticking of the clock.
